Better to adhere on flat ground.

4. How do you guarantee the quality of your PVC vinyl flooring?

Each step is strictly controlled by the QC team to make sure all our products turn out great.

5. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl flooring?

Yes ! Besides PVC vinyl flooring in dry backing(glue down),we also provide as Quartz tile, Click system vinyl flooring, Wpc Spc vinyl flooring,self-adhesive vinyl flooring etc.

6. Do you have certification?

Yes, we have ISO9001, CE, ETC and SGS TEST.

7. MOQ?

Our MOQ is 300sqm per ONE color from our E-catalogues.

8. Factory or Trading company?

We have our own factory.

9. What slotting machine(Grooving) you use?

We use Homag brand which directly purchase from German.

10. How many employee do we have?

Total 120+ employees and 12 of them are sales.

11. How many containers each month?

Currently 80 per month.

12. What is the regular size for PVC floor.？

6"*36"，7"”*48"，9"*48",935*150mm,178*1220mm,180*1220mm.

13. What does green label, blue label and red label patent mean?

Green is for Europe, Blue is for USA and Red is for China all for Click Lock Vinyl flooring.

14. What is the patent charge for click system?

0.6&0.7&0.8USD/SQM.

15. What is dry backing?

The product of Dry backing PVC flooring, when we install it need the glue.

16. What is the difference between Dry backing and Click system?

Dry backing use glue in installation and click system use the lock system.

17. Does it always mean the thick pvc floor, the good quality?

This is not absolute true. The use life is decided by the wear layer, the thicker wear layer, the longer use life.

18. What is the different between recycle material and Virgin Material?

The virgin material is more stable than recycled PVC.

19. Packing?

We use the carton and pallet.

20. Can customer use their own logo packing?

Yes, Minimum order 1 container for customer logo or extra charge.
